Took a quick video with my flip from my hotel room in Vancouver last week. Good view of the mountains.

No. I didn’t get married. The photographer from my pal Jeremy and Kate’s wedding put together a great slide show.

Great documentary! This lady bought the painting for $5 at a thrift store. The “art world” has denied that the painting is a real Jackson Pollock. She has been offered $2mil and $9mil but she has turned the offers down on principal, a Jackson Pollock is worth much more.

I watched this classic through Netflix for the first time last night. I like the sci-fi flics but I didn’t think this one was all that special.

I’ve subscribed to Netflix for my third time. The first two times, I loved it. I cancelled my service in the past only because I had watched most all of the titles that I was interested in. This time around, they stream several thousand titles. While you do not get the new releases like you can on DVD, you do get some very good titles.
Post a comment with your e-mail address (it is kept private) if you are interested in a Netflix invite. I think that it will give you a free month of service?

I’m beginning the third week in Vancouver. It has been fun but I am ready to get home and relax. Only one week though, I’m booked for the first two weeks of May in Vancouver again.
Last weekend I traveled to Seattle to visit with Jeremy, Kate, and Laura. From there we went to Seaside, Oregon for Laura’s birthday. Good times!
We’re flying a kite…
Me…

This was my first time driving a Prius. Just a minute after I stuck the GPS to the dash it fell off. Vancouver to Seattle and back cost $20 in gas.

While I was sitting at the US -> Canada border at Blaine, WA for two hours this past Sunday I was able to capture a nice shot of the sunset.
Click here for more photos of trip to Seaside.
A shot from my hotel room balcony here in Vancouver. It irritates me that the Chevron is right there in the middle of the harbor. All of that water and it must be right there?

I keep an “offline” Contacts folder separate from the default Outlook/Exchange Contacts folder. There are many personal and business contacts that I need to keep filed but I do not want those to be synched with my BlackBerry (or Win Mobile when I did carry one).
Create a second Contacts folder titled similarly to “Contacts offline”.
Many of my contacts rarely, if ever, contact me directly. A lot of time I am just keeping their track of their birth date or just send them e-mail on occasion. I’ll drag them from the Contacts folder to the Contacts offline folder. From there I can access them via Outlook but they are not taking up space on the BlackBerry.
To make the contacts easily accessible within Outlook, e.g., auto-complete of addresses in the To, CC, and other boxes. I will add the folder to the address book search list.
